The Dolenjska Sparkling Wine Route: a premium wine and culinary experience by the Krka River
On Thursday, May 14, Hiša Fink in Irča vas will host a unique cultural and gastronomic event, the Dolenjska Sparkling Wine Route, bringing together top local winemakers, selected cuisine, and experiences along the Krka River in one place.
Visitors will be able to taste sparkling wines from renowned Dolenjska winemakers – Huba, Frelih, Kozinc, Slapšak, and Albiana – while enjoying a diverse culinary offering from Hiša Fink.
The event will begin at 12:00 with experiences by the Krka River, including electric SUP rides and a rowing regatta in collaboration with the Krka Rowing Club and the Burja Sailing Club. From 15:00 onwards, the program will expand with sparkling wines and culinary delights.
At 16:00, a masterclass of Dolenjska sparkling wines will take place on Rudolf’s Raft, led by one of Slovenia’s leading sommeliers, Gregor Kren. The evening will conclude with an acoustic concert by the duo Bort Ross & Anja Pavlin.
The event follows an open-concept format: upon arrival, visitors receive a sparkling wine glass and can then use vouchers to choose among various tasting portions of food and drinks.

The price of the masterclass is €35 per person and includes five glasses of premium sparkling wines and snacks by Hiša Fink.
